Dorkings?

Thanks... weird thing is, I can ship to the lower 48 and people have wonderful hatches.

It's "easier" on the eggs to ship south and east, from what I hear. Maybe in the Spring I can send you a test batch.

Why would shipping down here work? That's truly odd. Test batch sounds good by me, in case no one else noticed I've somehow become totally addicted. It's just been good having you to talk to.

This is too much fun. I'm even getting better at building... Good thing too, there are going to be sooooo many chickens.

. But I sent a bunch of quail eggs to Miss Prissy (she's in VA) and she had pert-near 100% hatch rate. Actually, she did... the few eggs that didn't hatch were test eggs that I was pretty sure weren't fertile, but I marked them and included them anyway. Birdboy88 hatched silkies, and he's in MD. They may take an extra day to get there, but they don't seem to be as abused.

Oh, and welcome to the addiction that is chickens. I am certifiable... if there was a certificate for hatchaholics, I would have one wall plastered with them.
