Dorky chick with a dorky foot

Well, actually a Dorking chick

Anyone know what's wrong with its bum foot and what to do about it?

I have its legs taped with a band-aid "hobble." I thought maybe it had a mild spraddle leg issue that could be causing it so decided to try the hobble method, but it still turns its foot in. It just hatched today.

I wish someone had known something about this. I'm having the same problem with one of my shipped chicks.
