I have five 6 week old chicks with cocci. My corid is arriving this afternoon and apparently it doesn't mention dosage for chickens. Can someone tell me what it is for 6 week old chicks? I imagine its the same for all ages.

Also is it safe to use corks even if they may not have cocci????

If you are using the powder form, it is 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water. Mix daily for 5 consecutive days.

It won't hurt them if they don't have cocci, although not recommended if they don't. But when in doubt, use the meds.

Corid is very safe. If you are getting the liquid 9%, use 2 tsp. per gallon of water mixed fresh daily for 5 days.
