Dosage help! Anyone use these All Bird products? (Water-soluble wormer and antibiotic)

Pics
I was going to do it twice a day - Eggcessive thought at .25 ml/lb instead of the .5 for regular and 1 cc for large chickens, that would suffice. I think. I'm so freaking confused at this point, I could be wrong.

I had said 0.25 ml per pound 3 times a day, but not 1 ml for a large chicken. You said you could probably only manage twice a day, and I said that might be okay.

Yeah, I knew I was having a hard time keeping it straight, sorry @Eggcessive . I read somewhere on BYC that you could do .2 cc/lb 3x/day, or .3 cc/lb 2x/day, so that's probably what I was thinking of.

I do a bunch of searching first (on BYC and elsewhere) become thoroughly confused by all of the information (often conflicting), and then post a thread asking for help!

Recently I've taken to screen-shotting information that is helpful, like that Aviagen technical update that somebody posted somewhere (I'll post below). If someone would just add on dosages and then add it to the learning center here, that would be so amazing! Like that feed chart someone made, but for wormers. Oh, and one for antibiotics, too, please, hahaha! But really: :fl

That Aviagen article has been out for years and needs updating. It still has good information but the Treatment Options arnt up to date.
Ivermectin in most parts of the country is useless treating poultry worms due to resistance, even northern fowl mites have developed resistance to it according to Parasitepedia.
There's no mention of Pyrantel Pamoate which is very effective against nematodes, also Praziquantel to treat tapeworms.
If I'm not mistaken, Piperazine may have been pulled from shelves here in the U.S. not sure though since I bought a bottle last year.

So I decided to bite the bullet and treat everyone orally for 5 consecutive days with fenbendazole.

I am also treating the rooster and 2 hens who seem under the weather with Tylan 50, twice a day at the higher dose (.5 ml/lb) - these eye bubbles are the reason, though he is completely asymptomatic otherwise:

This is day 3, so hopefully I can stop traumatizing everyone 1 - 2 times a day after 2 more days.

Thanks to everyone for your help! My kids are becoming pretty skilled at holding these birds, and I am getting slightly better at oral meds. What a roller coaster chickens can be!
