Dosage of Calcium Gluconate 23% for Egg Bound Hen?

I have an egg bound hen and was wondering what the dosage of Calcium Gluconate 23% is for her? Shes almost 2 years old and weighs about probably 3-4lbs. Also, should I lube her vent before I give it to her to make passing the egg easier? (She did have a prolapse from trying to strain the egg out but it fixed itself) If I should lube her vent what should I do it with?

You can also give calcium tablets with D3 orally or Tums.
