The rooster has nothing to do with whether or not she goes broody. Neither does the number of eggs in the nest. I'd remove the eggs and let her start over. If she's got thirty eggs and they're all hers, some are beyond the point of being hatchable and it's going to be impossible to tell which ones. I suppose you could float test them, but I'm not sure its a good idea to submerge eggs in water, that you are planning to incubate.
