Dosing Bantam with Tylan50 question

I've read several places that bantam chickens should be given 1/4ml Tylan 50 daily for 5 days. My question is if this dosage is still safe all sized bantams. I've got bantam mutts who are closer to 3lbs and oegb hens who are 12-16ozs. Should I still give 1/4ml to the 12oz hen or is this dose too high, she is the only one currently showing symptoms of a resp infection.
