In the coop I currently have 8 of the 12 chickens on property. 3 RIR mixes, one Easter Egger, and then there are the 4 Black Marans. Inside the brooder the other easter egger and 3 gold comets are still growing (and at least one I think was crowing).

Below is the Easter Egger.

I took this picture and thought it looked like the Kevin Hart picture... and then I put them together.

Who did the pose better?

And these loverly ladies are our Black Marans. They have just been introduced, to the outside and are doing well!

Love an update on the coop and find out how many chickens you have now!

oh Jesus! I ended up with 7 Roosters and 5 Hens!

I sold 2 roosters so far and looking to get rid of the other 4.
This will leave me with one easter egger rooster, one RIR hen, and 4 black marans.
A nice balance. Then I shall add some more. Kind of looking at the Wyandottes because they are pretty birds.

Wife wants me to have the chickens hatch their own, but I said maybe later.
