What brand and model did you buy that is working well ? Where did you buy it ?

I ended up buying a Thermoworks brand thermometer which is a high tech thermocouple thermometer.

However, if I had seen the prices on the Brinseas, I would have tried those first. They are much less expensive. I asked for one of those for Christmas because it has the hygrometer function. And I'm a rabid tool collector.
