Double checking- Ameracauna color sexing

I thought this one was a girl- but now the dark colors are showing up in it's back and I'm not sure. These are the first wheatens I've raised from egg so it's still a bit confusing.

Any thoughts?
 
Wheatem males are mostly black with colour in the male pattern areas: hackles, saddle, shoulder, & wing triangle.
 
OK- hoping for a pullet, but it doesn't really matter. The little dark feathers on the back threw me. Wish I could fast-forward to when they start laying so I could get more!
