I have a chicken that lays 2 eggs at a time, is this normal?

Wow she is busy. One a day is more typical even for high egg producers.

she seems to struggle with laying them. the eggs come 1 after the other, the 1st one normal size the 2nd is smaller and the shells are always like jelly.
