Double posting and posting before I've clicked submit!!

Things are being very odd! I've seen double posts from other members and my posts are submitting before I've even clicked submit.
Any ideas?

I have been having troubles all morning when I click submit it either tells me there was a problem or it double posts. It is driving me crazy! LOL

Now I am noticing that when I click on Submit, nothing happens and then the window pops up saying there is a new post and it's mine! Crazy.
