Double/Triple spurs on a rooster

This picture is from websurfing so it's not mine but I "think" I see three spurs on this bird. Besides the Sumatra what other breed with throw out spurs like this.

This guys father has triple spurs so he might get them too. It takes about 2 years to fully develop
