She could have coccidia. Do you have a vet that would do a fecal sample for you. Just take a fresh poo to the vet and see if they will check it. Coccidia will show up on a fecal, be sure and tell them that it's what you might be suspecting. Was the worm she passed dead or alive. They will pass the roundworms if they have been dewormed if they had a bad enough case of them. Normally the worms are killed by the dewormer and absorbed by the body. I'd take a sample to the vet if you can.
