Double yolk or what the heck is in my egg?

A neighbor gave me some eggs to incubate and one was twice the size as the others. I decided to candle it to see if there were two yolks, but what I saw was a bunch of little things and one big thing floating around. What on earth could it be? Displaced air sac?
I took a video, but my camera doesn't show all the detail. Anyone seen this before?

Hard to say for sure but I'd say it's probably just double yolk if the eggs are fresh they won't have much of a air pocket in them yet. Any huge egg I've ever had has been double yolk I generally don't try incubating them just because they're harder to get through to hatch than a average egg
