Double Yolk!

The problem is , chicks develop at different rates. One chick in the egg may be ready at day 20, but one may be ready at day 22. If one pips, the odds are that the other one isnt ready yet, and will die.

We had a miserably cold drizzly day where hardly anyone laid. The very next day we found two HUGE eggs. Both had double yolks. I figure they were crossing their legs and production backed up.
