So I was searching for some stuff and one of my pullets looks like a Swedish Flower baby. I think I am very wrong but what do you guys think?

She actually had a darker cream head, light cream body and black spots on her wings.

No feathers. She has yellow feet. And also can you guys guess her age? I really want to know if she's growing like she should be
