Here's some sexing info.
Sexing Diamond Doves is relatively easy if you know what to look for. Males have a thicker ring around their eye, and it is usually much more vibrant and noticeable. The females tend to have a smaller eye ing, which is much more pale. Diamond Doves should be kept on a good seed mix.

I came across someone looking to rid/rehome them. I couldn’t leave them. They are now in a big cage with lots of food and water dishes. Today they got a little hanging nest to perch in and soon I’ll be setting up a heated perch. I’ve been hearing little grunts and cooing :)

Pick up your pigeon/dove and look at it’s tail feathers. If it sticks out straight it’s most likely a male. If it curves up it’s a female See how the feathers stick out.

You can also look at the vents. Females have larger and wider vents than males. Male vents tend to be rounder while females vents tend to be more horizontal. Take a full body picture from different angles if you can. Your best bet is probably going to be on its eyes though. The message above on eye ring color is how they are identified.
