Dove not looking well

Hey i just buy white dove yesterday. He looks ok but tomorrow i observed he is eating but he is closing one eye.i applied water with dropper but nothing changed.also his poop is greenish watery.plz guide me who to treat

How is the dove today? I don't have experience with doves, but hopefully someone who does can help! Are you able to post a picture of the bird's eye, and poop?

He has same issue. And now poop is today different at first day it was greenish watery but now its black. I will post the link over here of dove condition.
