Decided tonight i am going to downsize the flock so what should i get rid of a rhode island red, a big unpure red hen,wellsummer or a sussex

that depends on egg output, color, and temperament. If you like the looks of chickens id get get rid of the ugliest not as nice birds I had. If you want eggs I would take away the least productive egg layer.
