Ok, I am trying to predator-proof my chicken run in Washington but I can't figure out what is getting in there or how... and now we are down to one poor hen who is living in a dog crate until I figure this out. My coop is a metal shed with a wood floor. There is an 8 x 8 run made out of dog kennel panels attached to the front with one panel used to cover the top of the run.

Anyway, this predator is leaving nothing but a few feathers. I can't find any holes where they might have dug under the pen and these chickens are too big to shove through the chain link but somehow this predator is getting them out of there, bones and all.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I am dealing with? At first I was thinking it might be a hawk but how does a hawk fit through chain link? I think if it was a raccoon or a coyote there would be footprints or something... Anyway, any help is appreciated. Thanks.
