Hi All,

These are Coturnix quail, white jumbo and brown. They are reliable layers and the Roos are active. I'm reducing my flock for the summer. Please bring your own carry box or small cage. I'll check for messages and we can exchange phone numbers later.

Cheers,

I absolutely love,as my grandson says,my NO EAT pet quails.both sexes make such beautiful sounds.and the eggs are so pretty, they remind me of chocolate speckled eggs at Easter.I really wish you were in Glendale California, not Arizona or I'd be running over with my Quail "car seats" and picking some up.

Hi,

Yep, I wish we were located closer. Have you noticed a richer looking yellow yolk in your "home grown" eggs? Many people comment on the yellow color of foods I cook with eggs from my chicken hens.

I gave 2 doz quail eggs to a friend and he sent a photo of them cooking in a huge skillet.....all 24 of them. Lots of yolks peeking up from the pan amongst sliced mushrooms for a breakfast omelet. Luckily I loaned him a pair of quail egg openers. Otherwise, he'd be making a mess and watching the first ones cook before he opened the last ones....LOL.

Cheers,

Bob

Yes,Bob
I have noticed that my quail eggs have a much darker yolk.I've noticed the darker yolk coloring in my hen eggs as well.we use our home grown eggs for baking at our family bakery.theres a difference in color and taste.

Sorry it took so long, I finally got it built today. When could I pick them up? Do you want to meet somewhere like Starbucks?
