Well, my sweet, funny, energetic boy is being very aggressive with my 70lb dog. He runs at him biting his legs. I have 2 large dogs. He only does this with my older dog. My dogs could care less about the ducks. They are very mellow. Franco will come in the house jump on the couch on the dog and start biting him. It's for no reason. My dog gave him a warning nip once which just made Franco's aggression worse. I'm afraid I don't get this under control I'll eventually have a dead duck. He only does this to my older dog. He seems comfortable with the other dog. Oh, I also don't leave the ducks alone with the dogs but my drake likes to come in the house. What should I do?

i dont know what to do when they bother the dog one bit my dog and she bit it not hard this went on for a while and then she chased the duck now the duck dont touch her any more

The warning nip drew a little blood but it healed just fine. You would think that would teach him. One time he was trying to get at him so bad I had to carry him away. I'm at my witts end with him. It's only getting worse. Franco chases him outside too. It's awful.

i think your duck could be trying to breed your duck does he try mounting the dog i dont think it will teach the duck if it has been happen for a while he knows he can do it to the dog and get away with it i think i know the answer to you problem you boy duck might need another duck i would get him a female if you got another

Well we have 2 eggs in the incubator. Hopefully they're females. My hubby wants a house duck. If either one is a drake it will have to be rehomed.
