Drake/Duck Ratio

I have 2 young drakes of different breeds. Am I going to have problems since I don't have any females? New to having ducks, chickens & turkeys. We had originally got two ducklings & one we had to put down due to being attacked. Well we picked up another duck & thought it was a female until HE molted. LOL!

@AnimalLvrAshlee, I rehomed my drake to a farm that already had a drake. Frankly, they were both pekin males, but I get weekly updates that they're doing great together; following each other around as a pair, since she doesn't have any other ducks.
I think part of the drakes coexisting is not competing for females.

I have 3 and 3 and the girls nevks have bare spots. It's so sad. I tried giving the drakes Melatonin but I'm not sure if it's helping. I'm gonna have to eliminate two but I'm so attached to them. It's so hard.

When I had to give my drake away, it was really hard too. I suggest, if you have any farming friends, to offer your duck to them so you'll get updates and visit. We gave our drake to a close friend who has a daughter with a farm. I get weekly updates on how my boy's doing
