Drake ducklings quacking?!?!??!

Hello all, I have 3 pairs and the drakes are quacking. They are definitely drakes but I was freaking out because I thought they were hens. Any idea on why the are doing this? Also, one of my drakes has a triangle head!! I just noticed it this morning because something was up with his eye.
