Drake feather missing?

I have some Pekin ducks, 2 of which are males, and one of my males drake feathers is missing. He hasn't had it for a couple of weeks know. My other male has had his the whole time though. Can someone please explain what is happening?

Could he be molting?

That's the thing, my other male still has his. This male's feather has been missing for 2 and a half weeks.
