Drake mating duckling

My 10 month Cayuga drake keeps mating with my 2 month khaki campbell hen. I made him a cage and made him some ankle handcuffs so when he free ranges he won't chase the poor girl and mate with her (also don't worry it's not too tight!) is there anything I can do to prevent this? I also have 2 other female Cayugas but he's not interested in either one of them anymore

I'd separate him from the flock before he injures/kills the duckling. At only 2 months she's still a duckling.

I've tried that but even though he's obsessed with mating the one duckling he always wants his og ladies around him.

I have found that of the four different breeds I had the Cayuga drake was VERY sexual. He was mating ANY female that walked by him, plus my Plymouth Rock hens. I had to rehome him.
