Looks like its starting to curl. Wait 1 more week and I bet it will be more obvious. Is "he" quacking or is "he" raspy peeping??

this is my other drake. his tail feather is at the end of the tail.

is it possible for the feather to be farther up the back like in the original post up top? shown below also:

all the ducks sound the same (probably means they're all drakes) so i don't have anything to compare it to, "quack vs raspy" there are some days when they sound like they're saying quack and then there are days when they sound like they have colds. i am trying to upload the sound i recorded. hopefully i can upload this!
