Drake or not a Drake...that is the Question!

Well...I know for a fact that duck with dark orange beak is a Drake! His Willy-wacker was out today! Now I understand why others had said the chickens could mistaken it for a worm. Oddly enough they look a lot like a pigs. Pigs have cork screws as well...

Is there a way to get their Willy to come out so I can confirm the others? This was one was bathing, so we're the others but no willies.

Since you know for sure one is a drake, compare the sounds the others make to him. Do they sound pretty much the same or completely different? Once you know the sex of one, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out the rest.

You'd think...I even listened to a video and still can't tell the difference!

This video has both male and female duck chatter (not quacks).
Ther're both the sound that's similar to your drakes', and a different sound belonging to female ducks.

This video has both male and female quacks, starting with male, then female.

So you think all three of mine are drakes?

I'm going to try doing that, also try to get a closer look at those curly feathers on their tails. Not sure if they are Drake feathers or just a little curl..:fl

I haven't been able to pick them up, I did post another video with more chatter from them though, maybe you can get more from that one?
