Drake or not?

I feel like everytime I have a possible drake I go insane with the constant back and forth of "yes it is a drake I know it!" and "okay... maybe I dont know and it COULD be a female..." Needless to say I think I need help. I asked before but my duck was only 8 weeks old at the time so it was difficult to tell. So here is more data to help if you can. Its name is Shima. Shima looks as though its wing tips are turning whiteish gray, but I wonder if it could just be that it has wrong coloring. Like I said I keep going back and forth on thinking I know whether Shima is a drake or not . It is currently 14 weeks old. Shima was preening from the rain so the photos are not the best to see its head and beak.

It's a rouen that I bought at TSC. Shima doesnt quack very often, but when it does quack its loud like the other females. My blue drake (who is over a year old now) has a very husky quack so I could easily tell the difference with him when he was this age.
