Drake question

I have 4 drakes and 10 ducks. One of my drakes is absolutely gorgeous and I wanted to breed him but lately he's been an absolute jersey. Not sticking to his girls, not protecting anyone, and pushing all the other males off no matter who they are on. The other males all get along and know which female is theirs. Should we get rid of the 1 male? Also hes not very successful at mating the ladies... what do you think?

Pretty is as pretty does. Almost sounds as if his good looks don't make up for his lack of other attributes.

Yeah you might have to rehome him, 4 drakes to 10 ducks isn't the best ratio anyway they'd probably be better off with just the other 3 drakes.

I would rehomed or cull two of the drakes. Depending on the drake, you may even be better off with just one drake.

The other 3 seem to be fine with eachother and don't try to steal a girl from the others group. We do have plans for more females in the near future. So there will be plenty of girls for the 3 males.
