Age? Probably baby feathers. You should be able to voice sex long before the drake feather comes in. You can voice sex at 4-8 weeks. Drake feather doesn't show till later. Like 3-4 months

I'm guessing a little over 3 weeks. The both still peep mostly, but I think the other one let's out a female sounding quack every now and then. Cheddar, with the curly feathers is still all peeps.

Be patient. Give it a few more weeks. It will be obvious when the voices change.
