I have two drakes and two ducks that are about 10 months almost one
And ducklings that are about six weeks old
I moved my ducklings to an outside cage now with a light and it’s right beside my other ducks night time area and nesting area so they can hear them and see them through the fence . One day my husband left the duckling door open while grabbing food and a drake ran in there and grabbed a baby by the back of its neck and my husband got him off and now we are super careful, the drake also shoves his beak through the fence trying to get them
I wanted to introduce them and give them little time together slowly with me present, but now I’m even scared to try that . My drake is obsessed with getting them
What should I do ?

Well how do I like slowly introduce them? Also what’s interesting is it’s the drake that is not the dominant one

I don't think it is safe for the ducklings because he will constantly try to mate with them. You have the option of separating both drakes out, and putting the ducklings with the hens.

The "NO touch- but see method " Works great, Put the ducklings in a pen so they can get used to the drake without the drake being able to attack them. Keep them in there for a few weeks and occasionally take them out with the other duck's(With supervision!) so they can get used to each other slowly but safely.

Once they are bigger and somewhat used to the ducks you can let them out for longer periods of time during the day, plenty of things for the ducks to help keep them occupied will help a ton, hanging cabbage, treats and of course water will help decrease fighting. I would advise against keeping them penned with the other ducks at night, as that's when fighting usually occurs since they are in close quarters.

It sounds like a "no fly zone" fencing would be a good idea too since the drake is sticking his bill in the hole of the partition you've got up now. Just double the fencing where he is doing this so he can't get at them with his bill.

What do you mean by the "drake is not the dominate one"? Which one is?

Keep them separated till the Ducklings are about 4 months old.
Once the ducklings are about 6 weeks old you can take them out with the hens if you lock up the Drakes. The Drake was trying to kill the Ducklings. My Drake got out and attacked a duckling. He broke the Ducklings wing tip.

Some say he was trying to mate and some say he was trying to kill them but either way it’s bad so I am keeping them away for now

I have two older drakes our most dominant one ( Beasley ) is usually the aggressor and mean and killed two of my hens he was raised with all of his life until I separated them from the chickens, he doesn’t seem the least bit interested. Waddles our more docile drake is the one obsessed with the ducklings
