Dream Birds - What would you have?

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to make this poll for fun and to hear from everyone!

Turkeys are my favorite animal so they are first on the list. I’d like mini turkeys, I think that’d be cool. But large turkeys are amazing. I really wish I had a second acre to devote to turkeys.
I’m a little disappointed pigeons isn’t on here. I would get many pigeon breeds to try out and see which is my favorite.
And I’m getting silver quail d’Anvers someday since it’s my favorite variety.
I also dream of getting Canada and Cackling geese. And some small domestic geese. I would definitely try Chinese, not sure if I’d like them. I wish they had Czech and Franconian geese here in the US but they don’t.

I would get starlings and pigeons if I could I also want Guinea hens.

Lots! I'm pretty set of chickens, but there is lots if other poultry and birds I want someday.

I’m excited because we are getting Pilgrim geese soon but I’m hoping for something more exotic in the future.
If price wasn’t an issue, and I had the facilities, I would get red breasted geese!

I've been looking into pilgrims for spring, we want some geese in spring but not sure exactly what type.

I am done with geese forever and I can't say I'm too happy with turkeys.
Swans and peacocks would be nice, they're so beautiful.
My dream birds would be at least one of every heritage duck and chicken breed .

Loud, obnoxious, and I needed the space. My sister was tired of being chased by the ganders (there were three, and only one female). The only point in their favor was they made fairly good alarms.
