I will make a long story short. An egg was broken inside the nest box and my black silkie decide to lay down in it. The dried egg is stuck to her feathers and I don't know how to get her clean.

Does anybody have tips for cleaning her up?

Maybe try rinsing her in warm water, no soap, to get it loose, and then gently rub it off? You should dry her off too, if it's cold out.
