Dried Figs and Cranberries...Can you feed to chickens

I was wondering if anyone has fed dried figs or cranberries to their chickens before....I have looked at the chart for things you can feed them but don't see them listed and don't want to make a mistake....I am a newbie and am still learning the do's and don'ts of it all

I've cleaned out the cupboard and given them dried cranberries. Not their favorite. It probably took them a week to clean them up. Same with fresh cranberries.

thank you Percheron chick...I just wanted to make sure that I didn't give them something they are not suppose to eat....I guess it won't hurt to try and see if they like them or not...do you know anything about the dried figs though

I eat my figs. Birds would eat the rotten figs on the ground at my parent's. Hasn't killed any of them. I'd say they're safe.
