Is it okay to feed dried mealworms to young-ish chicks?

I started mine around 3-4 weeks but I also give chick grit.

I know mealworms are for treats. But how often and how much should you give them? My 3 pullets go crazy for them

Its a healthy snack for them. A handful for the 3 of them everyday would be fine. Lots of protein. Not a primary food source though
