My almost 2 year old chicken, Parm, has a case of dried up poop, but under her vent. All in her feathers and stinks real bad. Her vent is clear, she eats and drinks normally. I give her ACV in her water occasionally, give her yogurt once a week. What else can I do Washed her up twice already, once outside once inside which was a trick to get her past my dog. Not sure about eggs because I have 3 hens and since they lay sporadically, I average 2 eggs a day so far. Parm always had a bald head too, and the bottom of the pecking order. No bugs.

I will try to get some pictures this weekend. Supposed to be a very rainy day today and I cleaned her last night so she'll need a few days to build up. Her vent is very clean, I looked at it yesterday. Won't know how to get a sample of her poop since there are 3 chickens, how is that done? Look at them and ask, "who did this poop?" :D

Just a little poop under vent but I noticed she is staying away from the other two and not saying hello. Hiding behind the coop. Caught her this morning and she sounds raspy. Her crop is a little full but not bad. I see her pecking at the food a little. What should I do.

Had she been eating/drinking this morning before you caught her?
Does she lay eggs at all?
When you feel her abdomen is there bloat/swelling or fluid?
The raspiness is concerning, could be from a crop issue and/or reproductive issue.

Were you able to get some photos?

sorry to say she died this saturday. I was attempting to take a better picture of her for you and then she vomited and died in my arms. I am assuming sour crop?
