I noticed my chicken had clear ooze coming from her vent and the other chickens were trying to peck at it. She has never had feathers back there so easy to see any issues and there. I put some Nu Stock on her to stop the pecking. That issue seems to have cleared up. A day later I noticed she is drinking an excessive amount of water, when I picked her up to examine her bottom and check to make sure she wasn't egg bound, I leaned her forward and water came out of her mouth. I mixed up some pro-biotic water for her. Today she is still drinking water, I have not seen her eat. She is some what lethargic but still out with the flock in the run.

The clear ooze coming from the vent sounds like Albumen (egg whites), did you notice if she passed a membrane?
You may want to give her some extra Calcium for 3-5 days to see if she's able to pass a membrane and lay a normal hard shelled egg.

Sometimes a hen that is having issues with laying eggs can also have some crop symptoms. I would make sure her crop is emptying overnight, if it's not, then begin treating those symptoms:
