Drip waterers

Ok, tried it. The verdict with my chicks is not 100% officially completed at this time, but so far they prefer the traditional waterer, however, they will also use the bottle waterer once they have filled the other with shavings. The younger chicks use theirs more than the older chicks.

But it gives them something to think about during the day anyway.

I think my chicks aren't getting enough water for their liking when they drink from the bottle.

Oh well.

I have to have one! I thought I would have to order something special on-line. My feed store sold me something that dispenses only food (not water). They never suggested I just buy the hamster type! These drip waterers MUST stay cleaner than the water cups I have in the hutch now. Gotta have it gotta have it gotta have it gotta have....
