Any IDEAS?
PLEASE?

Not to long ago we found one of our girls dead on the bottom of the coop and the back of her bottom was covered in blood. We had seen blood on the eggs for a few weeks but they were young so we didn't think anything of it. We gave them an antibotic and after a week or 2 they cleared up! The pic kinda looks like what she looked like when we found her

In case you don't know what vent gleet is:

Vent Gleet, also known as cloacitis or thrush or mycosis, is an uncommon condition in young and adult birds. It is an avian yeast infection that can attack the whole digestive system from beak to vent, and also effect the reproductive system. It's usually caused by eating moldy food. It is sometimes confused with pasted vent, which is not caused by an infectious agent, and is common with chicks, but rare in adults.

I have no idea if that is what it is, but she'll need medication if it is. Being a fungal infection, not sure what to give her, but not antibiotics if it's gleet.

If it's gleet you can treat her with an anti-fungal cream that is used for yeast infections.

ETA: Like speckledhen said, don't use an antibiotic for gleet, it will continue to kill off good bacteria as well as bad and make things worse. You might also try some ACV in the water to help get her bodies ph back on track.
