I have a year old Pekin duck who as of the last two weeks or so has had a droopy left wing. I have not seen any outward injuries or wounds, she still carries on her normal activities but I can tell it bothers her. She is constantly trying to readjust it back to its usual position, but it just goes right back to drooping. She has also gone from laying an egg every day to the past few I have not found any. When I first noticed her dropping the wing, I thought she must've hurt it somehow and it would heal on its own. I don't know of any duck vets and truth be told, if there's something I can do myself and spare the vet expense would be ideal. I will welcome any advice and thank you in advance!

Yes. I have the two Pekins which are a pair and have been since they were babies. Then I have a new pair of Rouens of which are completely non aggressive a little over two months old. My older drake chases them sometimes but that's the extent of it. Here's a photo of the wing.

A Pekin drake is pretty heavy and he could have slightly sprained her wing when breeding. I have never seen my ducks have their wing down like that when in molt other when they are still young and growing in their wing feathers full of blood they get heavy with blood and it takes them a while to build up muscle to hold them in the right place.

This is what I feed them, they free range during the day in which they are almost constantly rooting around eating things either in the yard or in the stream as well. I don't leave feed in their pens at night, they nibble at it periodically throughout the day.
