Hello. One of my Rhode Island Red chicks recently started acting blah and has been hanging her wings down. She's eating, drinking and pooping and it's not hot, so I don't know what's wrong.

My Rhodes are approx. a month old. I cannot post pictures at this time- too low a signal on my crummy phone. My Rhodes are on Purina medicated chick crumbles. But they won't eat it unless it's crushed into powder.

Regardless of the medicated starter, she may have coccidiosis. I'd start the flock on Corid water as it won't hurt to do so.
Using the 9.6% liquid, the dilution rate is 2 tsp per gallon. Provide this as the only source of drinking water. Put out a fresh solution daily. Treat for 7 days.

If you are already giving medicated food, you can to the drinking water and treat the whole flock. replace the food with non medicated starter/grower. After that you can add Amprolium (good farm supply or Stromberg chicken.com should have it.)That way you can be assure that all flock has been treated. Also induce probiotics and vitamins to drinking water. Good luck
