Droopy comb? Is she/he a hen?

She/he is 6 weeks old. She/he has always been pretty sweet, but also kind of dominant. I read somewhere that hens have droopy combs, but i'm not sure if its true. Is she/he a cockerel? Or a hen?
 
Black Chest feathers are usually a 100% sign of a rooster at this age. That comb is another dead give away, breeds prone to the big combs in the hens wont get them until they are ready to lay and this lil fella is waaays away from that.

That's what I was thinking. The only time you see a black chest on a pullet is when she is a black chicken.

agree with this. it's a roo because that's the roo black chest coming in. You will be seeing bright red feathers coming out on his neck and back. Look up pictures of 'black breasted red' or 'red duckwing' roosters online to get idea of his coloring when fully grown.
