Dropped an egg

I was candling my eggs tonight for the first time and I dropped one. The shell is broken bad the yolk sac attached to the chick didn't burst. I wrapped the egg in Saran Wrap leaving the unbroken part unwrapped. These are to hatch on the 16th should I just dispatch this one now or see if it makes it.

If no pieces of the shell fell down it seems you can try candle wax and on 18 remove it. I ahve had wonderful hatches from such fixed ones

Chick didn't make it that egg was in bad shape the whole air cell portion was open. But I have 16 more that's going strong.
