He/she has her head up straight now. Wings are still dropping a little

she/he was inside. Started eating and drinking fine it seemed. I put him/her back outside because they were crying so much. Seems better, but wings are still hanging low. I do not have a picture of the poop right now. Looked pretty normal to me though.
