Drowning in Poultry Starter!

I bought a 50 lb bag of poultry starter which states that it is just for birds up to 5 weeks. Well, my six chicks are now at least 5 weeks. What do I do with the rest of this bag? Can I feed them with this until the bag is finished or is it necessary for me to give them other chicken feed? Also, what should I feed them with now? I want to feed them organically.

They can keep eating it, just finish the bag and then put them on all pupose (flock raiser) or grower. Don't get them layer until they are laying or at least very close to it because the layer has too much calcium for young birds.
