my chicken acts like she is drunk when she tries to walk she crosses her feet and tries to walk on her tip toes she is still eating and drinking

I would suspect some sort of vitamin deficiency, Marek's Disease, or an inner ear infection. If I were you, I would isolate your hen in a warm, clean place. Put some poultry vitamins in her water, and/or give her Polyvisol infant vitamins. Make sure she eats good nutritious foods. Also, check her ears (in chickens, they appear as small openings on each side of the head, covered by small stiff feathers) for any swelling, discharge, or bad smell. If you notice any, it is likely that she has an ear infection which will need to be treated with antibiotics. Marek's is a possibility if she wasn't vaccinated at hatch and is under a year of age.

Isolation wouldn't be necessary if it is Mareks. It would likely be in the environment.

I know; I recommended it so moni223 could observe the affected hen better. Whatever is wrong with the bird, it probably isn't contagious, and is also likely widespread. Isolating will not help contain the disease or prevent the other birds from getting it. Still, if it were me, I would isolate any sick/abnormally acting bird just so I could keep an eye on it.

Sounds good to me. Also they might get pecked by the others if left in the flock.m You can isolate in a cage in the coop for some company.
