Dry Comb on RIR runny poo in run.

So my RIR has had a dry comb for quite awhile now. She seems fine though all my chickens have diarrhea on a regular basis. I didn’t know if maybe the two are correlated. Not every poop is runny and I have treated them for cocci. My chickens are 15 weeks old. I have two older chickens 22 weeks old that are almost done with thier quarantine, but I don’t want to introduce them if my chickens are not well. I posted pictures of Rose but it was hard to get a picture of her and the runny pop.

The poop looks like Cecal poop which can be looser or more runny, especially during hot weather.

I don't see anything concerning about the comb.
