dry incubating HELP!

Thanks for the advice! I will add 1 tsp of water and watch and see.

Gosh, I had NO idea how hard incubating was. Mostly the hardest part is just the waiting! I'm going crazy and it's only been a couple of days... way too much worrying for THIS mama hen... lol

I have found with my Genesis to do just what the manuel says fill up the water place it says for the first 18 days then fill both for the last 3 days.
You will have to open it every three days to fill it.
That keeps it in the 30s and fortys for the first 18 and close to 60 for the last 3,
 
Your room conditions must be different than mine... when I filled the Genesis up based on the manual's instructions, I got condensation on my glass! Yup... 90+ percent humidity!

I guess it really, really depends on where you live... which is why the hygrometer's so useful... one-size-fits-all instructions don't fit everybody's size
